As a University staff member or student you are able to download and install Office 2016 on up to 5 personal PC or Mac computers, 5 mobile and 5 tablet devices. Other software is also available to the UF community at greatly reduced prices. Technical support from Help Desk staff is available for Microsoft media purchased through UF’s campus-wide license agreement. Under UF’s campus-wide Microsoft license agreement, all faculty and staff can purchase MS Office for $15 at four campus locations: the UF Computing Help Desk in the HUB, Reitz Union Bookstore, UF&Shands Bookstore, and Levin College of Law Bookstore.
